Easy chicken breasts with stuffing, cream of chicken soup and a sprinkling of paprika.
Preheat oven to 400ºF.
Combine stuffing mix and water in bowl. Let stand for 5 minutes. Stir in egg.
Place chicken, top-side down, on large cutting board; spread each breast evenly with stuffing mix. Tightly roll up each chicken breast. Place seam-side down in a 13×9 inch baking dish.
Mix soup and milk; pour over chicken. Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked throughly. (If you use larger pieces, you will need to cook longer.)
