Hard shell taco made into a quick and easy casserole that kids love.
Cook beef until no longer pink; drain. Stir in the seasoning packet and water. Cook until thickened. Place chips in a greased 8×8 or 9×12 baking dish. Top with refried beans, beef mixture and cheese. Bake uncovered at 375F for 15 to 20 minutes or until heated thoroughly.
Serve with black olives, lettuce, sour cream and salsa as toppings.
