French Dip, one of my favorites!
Cut roast into medium size chunks.
Mix broth, consomme and soup in the crockpot. Add roast.
Cook on low for 8-10 hours. Shred meat with a fork.
Warm or toast bread. Place meat on rolls, top with cheese and serve with the juices from the crockpot.
