Healthy pasta meal.
For the chicken:
In a crockpot, combine chicken, chicken broth and Italian dressing mix. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
For the pasta:
In large pot, heat water for pasta to boiling and cook to package directions. While pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in skillet. Add garlic, basil, carrots and broccoli and cook for 6 minutes. Add chicken broth to vegetables, reduce heat and simmer for 4 minutes.
Shred chicken and add to veggies. Drain pasta and place in a large serving bowl. Top with chicken mixture and Parmesan cheese.
