My inspiration for this pizza? We have begun 5 day a week football practices from 6-8 pm, which leaves us 45 minutes to get home, change, cook and eat. This is the first of my “we gotta eat, quick!” meals. Hope you like it—I loved it!
Turn the broiler on high.
Place the naan in the oven, bottom facing up, to brown for about 1 minute, watching closely so you don’t burn them. Remove from the oven and divide the marinara sauce on top of the naan, spreading in a thin even layer.
Top with crumbled feta cheese, then arugula, then fresh mozzarella.
Place pizzas under the broiler on a pizza stone and broil for 3-4 minutes until cheese is melted and lightly browned. The arugula will wilt a little, and the ends will become slightly crispy.
Remove from the oven. Top with sliced avocado.
Eat!
