BBQ Beef Cheese Slider
To prepare the burgers, combine the beef, egg, salt, pepper and paprika in a large bowl and mix well by hands.
Divide the mixture into 16 meatballs. Take one ball and flatten it on your palm, place 2 to 3 tablespoons of the grated cheese in the middle and top with another meatball. Flatten the ball and crimp the edges of the two patties together to seal the cheese inside.
Repeat for the remaining meatballs. Chill patties in refrigerator for 15 minutes while you preheat your grill to medium heat.
Place patties on the hot grill for 4 to 5 minutes per side until slightly charred. Slice your buns and toast them for a few minutes at the end of the cook time, just until golden brown.
Serve the patties on toasted rolls with sliced cheese and tomato.
