A quick, yummy, and easy dinner!
Spread 1/2 tablespoon of pesto on each side of pork. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon panko crumbs on each side and press to adhere.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat with a generous amount of olive oil (about 1/4 cup). Place all pork chops in skillet. Cook approximately 5 to 6 minutes per side. Be sure to check the center of each pork chop to ensure it is cooked through.
Serve immediately.
