Chicken breasts with mushroom gravy made with cream of mushroom soup, spices, chicken broth, and cooking sherry.
Put one stick of butter in large skillet and melt in oven.
Salt, pepper, and paprika chicken breasts to taste. Put chicken in skillet with butter.
Set oven to 450 degrees and bake for 15 minutes.
In a saucepan, combine: cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, cooking sherry, and kitchen bouquet (to desired darkness).
Pour mixture over chicken, whisk, and cook on 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Add water or more chicken broth to thin out gravy if needed.
Serve over rice.
