If you’re a fan of buffalo sauce, you’re going to love these! Chicken patties oozing with blue cheese and topped with avocado.
Preheat grill to medium high heat.
In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium low. Combine with hot sauce and minced garlic. Let simmer for about 5 minutes then remove from heat and set aside.
In a large bowl, gently combine ground chicken, 3/4 to 1 cup of the hot sauce mixture, shredded carrots, steak seasoning, cayenne pepper, blue cheese and bread crumbs. Form into patties; it should make about 4 or 5.
Place burgers on grill over medium heat. Cook for about 7 minutes on each side, basting with Buffalo sauce on each side. When done, remove from the grill and transfer to a plate and let them sit for a few minutes. If desired, toast hamburger buns for a couple of minutes.
Garnish with sliced avocado, onion, more Buffalo sauce and cheddar cheese, if desired.
