Tasty, simple lasagna rolls.
Preheat your oven to 375 F.
Boil your noodles in a pot of salted water according to package instructions. When they are finished boiling, remove them from the pot of water and lay them on parchment paper to dry. Pat them dry with a paper towel.
In a small bowl, combine ricotta, mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. Set aside.
In a 6″ x 6″ baking dish, pour 1 cup of pasta sauce and spread it to cover the entire dish. Take 2 – 4 tablespoons of cheese mixture and spread it on a noodle. Roll the noodle gently into a spiral. Repeat with remaining noodles.
Place each roll into the baking dish on top of the pasta sauce. Top each roll with remaining pasta sauce. Add a bit more mozzarella on top of each roll.
Bake uncovered for 30 minutes until cheese has melted.
