Sweet and savory 10-minute sandwich, ideal for a quick lunch or for the kids’ menu.
Put mint, cumin powder, honey and water in an electric grinder and blend till a smooth paste is formed. Pour into a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
Put a large nonstick pan on medium heat, dab oil on the pan, and toast bread on it, browning both sides lightly. Take a toasted slice, spread a teaspoon of mint chutney, 5 slices of avocado and 3 slices of tomato. Top with another slice of toasted bread. Repeat for the remaining sandwich.
Cut the sandwiches in desired shapes and serve.
