Beef roast made in the slow cooker with freeze-dried vegetables.
Sprinkle the roast with the salt and pepper on both sides.
Place roast into your crockpot. Spread mushrooms, onions, celery and carrots over the roast. Sprinkle garlic, thyme, chili powder and bay leaves on top. Add tomato powder and bouillon cubes, then pour water over top. You may wish to stir everything up before putting the lid on the crockpot.
Cover crockpot and cook on low for 7 hours or on high for 4-5 hours.
