Spinach Strawberry Balsamic Pizza

Description
My favorite spinach salad on top of pizza crust. Strawberries on pizza? Two words: wicked scrumptious.
Ingredients
- 1 package Pizza Dough (or Homemade)
- 2 bunches Spinach
- 5 whole Strawberries
- ½ cups Goat Cheese Crumbles
- 3 whole Slices Cooked Bacon
- 1 dash Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 dashes Honey
Preparation
Preheat oven to 420ºF.
Stretch or roll our dough on a pizza stone or on parchment paper-lined cookie sheet.
Spread spinach over dough (I used 2 big handfuls). Slice strawberries and layer them on top of spinach. Sprinkle goat cheese and crumble bacon over the top.
Drizzle of vinegar and honey over the top.
Bake for about 15 minutes until crust is golden and cooked through.
Drizzle additional honey and balsamic (optional) to serve.
