Description

I could eat the whole pan.

Ingredients

  • 10 whole Uncooked Lasagna Noodles
  • 1 jar Alfredo Sauce
  • ¼ cups Milk
  • 1-½ teaspoon Oregano
  • 3 cups Chicken, Cooked And Chopped
  • 1 can Artichoke Hearts In Water, Chopped
  • ½ cups Red Bell Pepper
  • 2 cups Packed Fresh Baby Spinach
  • ¼ cups Onion, Chopped
  • 1 whole Garlic Clove, Minced
  • 3 cups Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 package Feta Cheese

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375 F.

Cook noodles.

Mix Alfredo sauce, milk and oregano.

In a separate bowl, mix the chicken, artichoke hearts, bell pepper,spinach, garlic and onion. Add cheeses.

In a casserole dish, spread 2/3 cup sauce. Then layer the noodles, then the chicken mixture. Repeat layers, then cover with sauce. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 10 to 15 minutes.

Cool before serving.

I used a light alfredo sauce and it was still AMAZING. Wouldn’t change a thing!

This was absolutely fabulous. I have made it twice and the second time was for my husbands work. I don’t think lunch was over when everyone was asking for the recipe!!!! I didn’t change a thing!
