Simple yet tasty alternative to ordinary chicken!
Cut your chicken breast into bite-sized cubes. In a ziplock bag, combine oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano and salt. Add chicken. Marinate in refrigerator 2 hours.
Preheat grill. Thread chicken breast onto pre-soaked wooden skewers. Grill kabobs for about 8 minutes per side.
To prepare tzatziki sauce, combine yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, oil and vinegar. Stir. Refrigerate until ready. Serve alongside chicken.
