Description

I found this recipe on Pinterest and can’t find the original source. Someone said it was from the Crockin’ Girls website but I don’t see it on there. It sounds like this one has been around for awhile since the only thing I have been able to find with any kind of source says she got the recipe at an estate sale in 1990!

Ingredients

  • 6 whole Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 6 slices Swiss Cheese
  • 1 can (10 1/2 Oz. Size) Cream Of Mushroom Soup
  • ¼ cups Milk
  • 2 cups Boxed Stuffing Mix
  • ½ cups Melted Butter

Preparation

Spray your crockpot with non-stick cooking spray. Place chicken breasts into the crockpot and top with cheese.

Mix together the soup and milk and spoon it over the cheese. Sprinkle stuffing mix over top. Drizzle melted butter over stuffing.

Cook on low 8 to 10 hours.
