Description

An easier, quicker version of stuffed shells that you’ll have on the table in no time!

Ingredients

  • ¾ pounds Ground Beef
  • ½ whole Medium Onion, Diced
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Salt, Divided
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 6 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
  • 6 ounces, weight Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, Divided
  • 8 ounces, weight Large Pasta Shells
  • 2 cups Water (for Boiling Pasta)
  • 12 ounces, fluid Spaghetti Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350ºF.

In a skillet, brown ground beef and onions over medium heat. Season with salt, pepper, half of the garlic salt, and Italian seasonings. Drain liquid from beef mixture when done.

Cube cream cheese and melt in the skillet with the beef mixture. Melt 1/3 of the mozzarella cheese in the mix.

While cheeses are melting, cook shells in boiling water until they reach desired tenderness.

In an 8×8 dish, spread the beef mixture on the bottom of the pan. Drizzle about 4 ounces of spaghetti sauce on top.

When the shells are cooked, toss with olive oil and the remaining garlic salt. Layer on top of the beef mixture. Sprinkle the rest of the mozzarella cheese on top of the shells and cover with spaghetti sauce.

Place foil on top of the dish and bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
