Creamy chicken and rice casserole that comes together in under an hour.
Preheat oven to 350ºF and prepare a 2-quart baking dish with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients in no particular order and turn out into prepared pan. Bake 30 minutes until brown and bubbly. You may also sneak in a vegetable or two in this dish to save time.
It is also good topped with buttered bread crumbs the last 15 minutes of cooking time.
