This is a family favorite! I make this whenever I have Alfredo sauce that needs to be used up.
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees; place butter or margarine in a 9×13 pan and place pan in oven while preheating to melt.
2. Rinse chicken, pat dry and cut off excess fat.
Combine Alfredo sauce, milk and eggs in one bowl & bread crumbs, flour, paprika, and cayenne in another.
3. Dip chicken breasts in flour mixture, then in Alfredo, then flour mixture again.
4. When you have breaded all the chicken, place it in the hot pan with the melted butter, coating both sides of the chicken. If you don’t like wasting the Alfredo sauce (we don’t) you can add it to the pan (we do!).
5. Bake the chicken for 30-40 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
Tips: Save the breadcrumb mixture for next time by putting it in a freezer bag and freezing until next time.
Leave the butter/margarine out completely and use Pam instead.
Freeze after baking for a quick microwave meal.

My husband made this tonight and it was very yummy! Next time we might leave out a little bit of the Cayenne Pepper.. it was a little bit hot!
