Quick and easy boiled chicken with spaghetti noodles in a creamy, cheesy sauce.
Boil chicken until done and shred it with a fork and knife. (My trick now: place the cooked chicken into a stand mixer and put on speed 2 until all of the chicken is shredded for you, about 2 minutes.)
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Cook the noodles until al dente. Mix soup, sour cream, 1/2 cup of cheese, and noodles together. Add shredded chicken and mix to combine. Place in a 9×13 baking dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
Bake for 20 minutes at 350ºF, until cheese is melted and everything is heated through.
