A savory, slightly spicy Asian marinade coats these tasty beef short ribs. Serve at your next Asian feast!
1. Combine soy sauce, garlic, green onions, ginger, sambal oelek, brown sugar, and sesame oil in a small bowl and stir well.
2. Place short ribs in a resealable bag. Add marinade. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
3. Grill over medium heat until cooked to desired doneness, about 10 to 15 minutes.
