Delish and easy!
Season cornish hens with salt and pepper and brown on all sides in a skillet with olive oil.
While hens are browning, place chicken broth and onions in slow cooker.
Once hens are brown, place in slow cooker. Add sage leaves, butter, and garlic powder.
Cook on low for 7 hours. Remove sage leaves and baste chicken. Leave in pot for another 1/2 hour and serve warm.
