Perfect open-faced sandwich for lunch, or as an addition to a cup of soup or side salad.
1. Preheat your oven to 425ºF.
2. Slice your bagel in half and top each half with 1 tablespoon of pesto.
3. Add chicken or walnuts on top of the pesto, and then top with 1/8 cup cheese each.
4. Cook in the oven for 3-5 minutes or until cheese is well melted.
5. Enjoy.
