An original bolognese with cherry tomatoes!
In a frying pan over medium heat, cook ground beef until it’s nicely browned. Drain off the grease and set the beef aside.
Heat olive oil in medium sized Dutch oven on medium heat. Add onions and cook 5 minutes, until softened but not browned. Add cherry tomatoes and cook 5 minutes. Add herbes de provence, tomato purée, beef, salt and pepper. Let cook 45 minutes over a low heat. Serve with beautiful tagliatelle pasta.
