I love making this casserole. It’s easy and tasty too!
1. Bring a pot of salted water to boil. Cook noodles until al dente (according to package instructions for al dente) then drain the noodles.
2. Preheat oven to 425F.
3. In a large bowl, thoroughly mix noodles, onion, 1 cup cheese, peas, tuna, soup, milk and mushrooms.
4. Transfer to a 9 x 13 baking dish and top with potato chips and the remaining 1 cup of cheese.
5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
Serve hot.
