I got this recipe from bigoven.com. I don’t measure the ingredients as much as eyeball the spices (the first time I made it, there was a lot of seasoning left over).
1.) Preheat oven to 350 F.
2.) Place fish skin-side down in a baking dish (I spray a little PAM on the pan first, to prevent sticking).
3.) Combine all of the spices and the oil and spread over the top of the fish.
4.) Cook in the preheated oven for 25-35 minutes depending on the thickness of the fish. Do not turn over. (You can also grill the fish skin-side down for 10-15 minutes on high heat, again, not flipping the salmon).
