I love pork and apples together, but who doesn’t? The pork stayed in one piece but was so tender being cooked in apple cider that it didn’t need a knife. Sorry the pictures don’t so any justice, do to my crappy lighting!
In a crockport – spray cooking spray. Lay the onions on the bottom. Salt and pepper the pork and then place on top of onions.
Add the cider, apples, and herbs.
Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or on high for 4 – 6 hours.
Makes 4 – 4 ounce servings plus apples and onions.
