We all know the trick: take Pillsbury biscuits, roll ‘em out flat, add toppings, and bake. These are my homemade version—they require just as little effort (I promise), and the results are out of this world!
In a medium bowl, mix together flour, powdered sugar, yeast, baking powder, and salt. Pour in water and oil and combine well. If the day is dry, you might have to add a couple more tablespoons of water.
Form a ball, turn onto a lightly floured surface and cut (or break) into 5 pieces. Pat out into 4-inch circles (or larger/smaller as you see fit) and place on a greased baking pan or pan lined with parchment.
Spread pizza sauce to within 1/2 in of the edge of the crust, top with additional toppings, and bake at 400ºF for 12-15 minutes.
