Ham, rice, bacon. This is one of the few ways I will eat rice. Better on the second day.
Preheat oven to 425ºF.
Mix all ingredients into a 9×13 baking dish. You can drizzle a some bacon drippings over the dish for taste.
Cover with foil and bake about 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake another 10 minutes or till rice is tender. You may also add some scredded cheese at this time. I don’t.
Let rest 10 minutes then eat.

Sounds like my husband would love this! Anything with bacon, right?
