Description

A nice delicate sauce with the light flavor of dill. I recommend fettuccine or linguine but feel free to use any pasta you prefer. Perfect with a nice salad and some crusty garlic bread on the side.

Ingredients

  • 1 package 8 Oz. Dried Pasta (12 Oz. Fresh Pasta)
  • ¾ cups Plain Yogurt
  • ¼ cups Heavy Cream
  • 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • ½ teaspoons Dry Mustard
  • ½ teaspoons Dried Dill Weed Or 1 Tablespoon Fresh Dill Finely Chopped
  • ¼ teaspoons White Pepper
  • ½ pounds Small, Cooked, Shelled Shrimp

Preparation

Cook pasta while you are making the sauce. Drain well. Gently heat the yogurt, cream, soy, Worcestershire, dry mustard, dill and pepper. Do not allow to boil. Add shrimp and heat to serving temperature. Toss with hot well-drained pasta and serve immediately on warmed plates. Add some good quality fresh shredded parmesan on top if desired. Enjoy.
