A healthy veggie-filled pasta dish that is easy and delicious!
Prepare the pasta according to the package instructions.
While doing this, wash and roughly chop the chard and tomatoes. Also, heat the olive oil in a saute pan and add the garlic to the oil. Allow it to infuse on low heat for several minutes (be careful not to burn the garlic). Drain the pasta, add the chard to the saute pan and the pasta over the chard. Also add the tomatoes. Toss everything together and let the heat slightly cook the chard. The tomatoes should still be nice and fresh (although you could cook them a bit if you want to). Squeeze half of a lemon over the pasta and add parmesan cheese to the top. Serve hot.
