Italian sausage and roasted garlic pasta.
Start by making the roasted garlic:
Preheat oven to 375F.
Cut the tops off of your garlic head(s) so that you expose the cloves within. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Wrap the head(s) in a piece of aluminum foil or put them in a pan and cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 40 minutes. When it is done, squeeze the garlic head and the cloves will pop out.
While the garlic is baking, prepare the spaghetti or angel hair pasta according to package instructions. Add the salt to the water for flavor.
Remove the casings from the sausages. Break up the meat into pieces and brown in a frying pan with a little bit of olive oil.
When the pasta is done, drain the water. Then throw the butter in with the noodles so it melts. Add the sausages and the roasted garlic cloves. Add more olive oil, salt, pepper, and top with lots of shaved Parmesan cheese.
