Using Indian Naan bread as the crust instead of traditional pizza crust makes this fun and delicious!
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Brush one side of Naan bread with olive oil, and place the bread on a baking tray, oiled side down.
Spoon 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce on each piece of Naan.
Slice the fresh mozzarella into 1/4 inch-wide pieces, and place on top of sauce. (Note: shredded mozzarella can be easily used instead.)
Place baking tray in oven for ten minutes, or until mozzarella is fully melted.
You can play around with this recipe a lot. Sauteed vegetables go well on the dish, as does prosciutto and garlic. Have fun!
