Cheeseburger with arugula topped with pesto mayonnaise in a low carb pita.
In a mortar & pestle, grind salt, pepper, garlic powder, sugar, coffee, onion powder. Mix seasoning in with ground beef with a dash of extra virgin olive oil. In grill pan, cook hamburger to your desire. My preference is medium rare. Add cheese.
Blend pesto and mayo and spread inside pita. Place cheeseburger inside and top with arugula and serve!
Delicious twist to the everyday burger.
