Summer pizza packed full of tasty veggies!
Preheat oven to 500 degrees F.
Roll out the dough to your desired thickness using your hands or a rolling pin if you have one.
Heat 1 Tablespoon of olive oil in small skillet and saute all of the veggies over medium heat until soft, roughly 5-7 minutes.
Rub a pizza stone with remaining Tablespoon of olive oil and place dough onto it (or use a baking sheet if you don’t have a stone).
Top dough with pizza sauce, cheeses and sauteed vegetables.
Bake for 10-12 minutes on top rack, or until golden brown.
