Pretty darn tasty. Try ‘em and see for yourself. My crew likes ‘em with BBQ sauce as a dip, a side of burnt broccoli, and mashed or baked potatoes.
Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl until well combined.
Form golf-ball-sized (or a little larger) balls.
Heat 1 inch of extra virgin olive oil in a tall skillet/sauce pan and cook meatballs until golden brown.
Makes about 14-16 meatballs.

i made these tonight and they were a hit!! but we didn’t eat them all so we’ll have to see how they freeze
