Chicken in a cream cheese sauce. Yummy!
Place frozen, boneless, skinless chicken breasts in crock pot. Place 1 bar of cream cheese over chicken. Add 1 can corn and 1 jar of salsa.
Cook on low for 6-8 hrs. Serve over rice or noodles.

We love this recipe! Just make sure you drain the corn, plus we add a can of drained black beans and we don’t add the cream cheese until the end. Very tasty!

This was so simple! The sauce turned out very creamy and would be yummy over noodles, rice or mashed potatoes. Leftovers would be great filling to make and freeze burritos for a quick midweek reheatable dinner.

Im certainly not a cook, so it could just be me, but when I cooked this it was very watery- not creamy. So I added the rice right into the crockpot at the end to soak up some of the liquid. It does taste really good, so I will make it again, but I think I was expecting more cream to it.
