Quick Salad and BBQ Chicken – It’s What’s for Dinner!

Description
So here we are on a weekday and you come home from a long day at work and you need to make dinner. Well, this salad and chicken could not get any easier. This is not necessarily a recipe, it’s just more of a dinner idea.
Ingredients
- 4 whole Chicken Drumsticks
- 1 head Butter Lettuce
- ½ whole English Cucumber
- 1 whole Red Bell Pepper
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Vinegar
- 2 dashes Salt And Pepper
Preparation
Heat up your grill and grill the chicken.
Chop up the lettuce, cucumber and pepper.
Make the dressing by whisking the olive oil, lemon juice and salt and pepper together.
Before the drumsticks are done, pour the dressing over the salad and toss.
