Description

An easy to fix breakfast that reheats well… If there are leftovers.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Bulk Sausage
  • 1 cup Chopped Onion
  • 1 cup Chopped Green Pepper
  • 2 packages Crescent Rolls, 8 Ounce Packages
  • 10 whole Eggs
  • ½ cups Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoons Pepper
  • Parmesan Cheese, Enough To Sprinkle
  • 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Preparation

Over medium heat, brown sausage with peppers and onions. Once sausage is browned and the veggies are softened, remove them from the skillet. Drain most of the grease, but leave some in the skillet.

Grease two 12 inch pizza pans. Place crescent rolls (one can per pizza pan) on pan, pointy ends of each of the rolls pointing toward the center. Pat out the dough to form a solid crust. Place crust in a 375 degree F oven for 5 minutes. Then remove the crust from the oven.

Meanwhile, beat eggs together with the milk. Add salt and pepper. Add eggs into greased skillet and scramble over medium heat until they have set and are done.

Layer sausage mixture evenly over both crusts. Next layer the eggs over both crusts. Sprinkle liberally with Parmesan cheese. Finally, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Pop pizza back into the 375 degree oven. Cook for 10 more minutes until cheese is melted. Serve and make your whole family smile.
