Description

This is a great quick-fix meal on a busy night.

Ingredients

  • 1 package (8 Oz. Package) Prepared Crescent Roll Dough
  • 1 package (about 4 Oz. Package) Sliced Hard Salami
  • 1 package (8 Oz. Package) Sliced Muenster Cheese
  • 1 bunch Fresh Baby Spinach
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey Mustard

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Open crescent dough and lay it out flat on an un-greased cookie sheet. Press the seams together to make one large crust. Layer the salami, cheese, and spinach on the crescent dough, and top with honey mustard. Roll the dough up jelly roll style and place on the pan seam side down. Make several diagonal cuts across the top to vent steam, and place in the hot oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool, slice, and serve.

Serves 5.

My kids gave me the yuck face when I said spinach too, but they don’t even notice it’s there and this is one of their favorites now! Enjoy!!

I’m definitely making this! My stepdaughter loves salami and munster cheese, and I’m guessing she might eat the spinach since she likes all the other ingredients. :)

This was really yummy, and super easy! My stepdaughter liked it so much, she ate two whole servings. I left out the honey mustard because I didn’t know if I would like it, but next time I will follow the recipe exactly. We ended up just putting a little bit of honey mustard on our plates for dipping. I think the sweetness of the honey mustard offsets the saltiness of the other ingredients.
