This is my take on a fabulous dish served at Sweetie Pie’s restaurant in St Louis, MO.
Creamy, moist, rich, and delish!
Cook macaroni al dente in a pot of salted water. Drain, rinse in cold water; drain again.
Pour drained macaroni in a 9″ x 13″ pan (sprayed with cooking spray).
Mix the rest of the ingredients together except for the fine shredded cheddar cheese and stir into the cooked macaroni.
Sprinkle the fine shredded cheddar on top of the casserole.
Bake uncovered for 45 minutes at 350°F.
