The classic flavors of the Reuben sandwich baked into a delicious pizza.
Roll pizza dough out to desired size; place on a preheated pizza stone or baking sheet. Spread a layer of Thousand Island dressing over the crust for sauce. Lay Swiss cheese slices over the dressing, then top evenly with sauerkraut and pastrami. Sprinkle with caraway seeds (optional). Top with shredded mozzarella. Bake at 425ºF for about 20-25 minutes, or until crust is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly and beginning to get golden brown.
