Description

Soft, crunchy, moist and rich. One of my family’s favorites!

Ingredients

  • ½ cups Butter, Softened
  • ¾ cups Creamy Peanut Butter
  • ¾ cups Granulated Sugar
  • ¾ cups Packed Brown Sugar
  • ½ cups Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips, Melted
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 1-½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ½ cups Cocoa Powder
  • 1-½ cup All-purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • ⅛ teaspoons Salt
  • 1 cup Reese's Pieces

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Lightly grease baking sheet and set aside.

In a large bowl, cream butter and peanut butter together. Whip in sugars until light and fluffy, 2 minutes. Stir in melted chocolate, eggs, and vanilla. Scrape the sides of the bowl and mix again. Slowly stir in all dry ingredients until just incorporated. Scrape the sides of bowl and mix again briefly. Stir Reese’s pieces in by hand.

Scoop cookie dough out into rounds (I used a cookie scoop) and flatten slightly. Place onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 8-9 minutes or until cookies look matte (not shiny). Cool on the baking sheet 3 minutes and remove to a cooling rack. Serve warm!
