The finished dish rated a five on taste, but when it came to prep time & the mess involved; I could only give it a 3. I will definitely make this again, but it will take me a while to work up the nerve to make that big mess again The taste was ‘spot on’, though!

I halved the recipe using 2 chicken breasts & the only change I made was using 2 cloves of fresh garlic pressed through my microplane instead of garlic powder. It was super yummy. The hands-on work was fairly minimal, in fact, I got ahead of myself & had the chicken & sauce finished an hour or so before I even baked them. Next time I might use a little less sugar, maybe take away a Tbsp at a time, but overall this was super yummy!

This is so delicious! I did cook it 15 min less, cut back a little on the sugar and added 1/2tsp more of red pepper flaked. I will def be making this again. YUM!
