This is my all-time favorite salad dressing. (Adapted from The Essential Mormon Cookbook by Julie Badger Jensen.)
Combine ingredients in a blender. Shake well prior to using. Keep refrigerated up to 4 weeks in refrigerator. Enjoy!
Serve with romaine lettuce, thinly sliced pears, dried cranberries, candied pecans, and crumbled gorgonzola cheese. You can also add sliced strawberries or raspberries in season.

I absolutely love poppyseed dressing and have ll this stuff on hand. Can’t wait to give it a try!
