Fish tacos are a staple in my house and easy to make. We try all kinds of different ways to cook the fish and then different ways to incorporate it into the dish. I came across these healthy grilled fish tacos that enrich guacamole with low-fat sour cream (or you could use Greek yogurt). The fish that this recipe actually calls for is Red Snapper but I am sure this would be good with any fish of your choice.
Light and preheat your grill.
In a medium bowl, mash the avocados, sour cream, jalapeno, red onion, cilantro and 3 tablespoons of lime juice. Season the guacamole with salt and pepper and set aside.
In a large bowl, toss the cabbage with 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and the remaining 2 tablespoons of lime juice. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.
Brush fish with oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill over moderately high heat for 10 minutes, flipping half way through.
Spread guacamole on the tortilla, top with fish, and a spoonful of cabbage slaw. Serve with hot sauce and lime wedge.

This was our first time to make or even try fish tacos & we loved them. They were awesome!!! I used baked frozen fish sticks for convenience & used plain coleslaw mix in the place of the Napa cabbage. Will def be making this again.
