Grilled salmon burgers on sprouted grain roll. My go-to warm-weather meal of choice!
1. Grill salmon patties (frozen patties recommended) to desired inner temperature (I prefer well-done).
2. Spread mayonnaise and mustard on one side of a roll, then place the patty on the other half.
3. Add your choice of toppings. Recommended: tomato, red onion, pickles, romaine lettuce leaves
