I once had the most amazing burger at a pub in Maine. This recipe duplicates that experience to the best of my memory. These burgers are full of intense flavor that your whole family will love!
Mix ground beef, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and garlic salt; mix with your hands and form into 4 medium-sized patties.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook patties for about 5 minutes per side, or until meat is cooked through. Add onions to the skillet and cook them with the patties until translucent.
Serve on toasted buns with feta and extra garnishes.
