I love this cole slaw dressing recipe. My grandmother has made cole slaw with this dressing for 30 years. I love it and I’m sure you will too.
Bring the sugar, vinegar and oil to a boil. Remove from heat and cool.
While mix is cooling, add salt, peper, celery seed and onion salt. You may add more for preferred taste.
Add dressing to freshly sliced cabbage. Start out slowly, 3/4 cup of dressing to one medium-sized head of cabbage. Toss.
Add more if you feel necessary.
