Pork chops in a tangy, sweet, salty sauce. Delicious!
Season chops with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, brown pork chops in olive oil.
In a small bowl, combine the cider, brown sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, mustard, and ginger. Pour over the chops.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat medium or medium low heat; cover and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes or until tender.
